Cruising Course - $1,130.00
This course will prepare you for a Cruising 30 or Cruising 35 membership or for bareboat chartering in waters like the Virgin Islands. Two evening sessions cover the mechanical and electrical systems of a full-size cruising boat, the navigation required for day and night sailing in coastal waters, and docking under power. The full weekend sail teaches all the fundamental skills needed to charter and cruise successfully, including entering unfamiliar harbors, anchoring, sail handling, dinghy use and more. Fees include food and drink.

Format
The Cruising Course meets on Wednesday and Thursday evenings for classroom and onboard instruction. Cruise leaves on Friday evening and returns Sunday evening.
