Combines Learn to Sail , Advanced , Cruising Course , and Coastal Passage Making. Offers the thorough foundation of sailing and seamanship you need to confidently cruise or charter throughout the world. 20 hours classroom, 191 hours sailing.

Learn to Sail
This is the most thorough and effective beginner's course in New England. Whether you're a complete beginner or a sometime sailor, this course will teach you to sail safely and confidently - guaranteed!

  5 week  
Classes meet 7-9pm one night per week for 5 weeks; on-the-water sessions are scheduled at your convenience.
  Weekend  
Held over two consecutive weekends, 10am to 5pm, all four days. Class meets from 10am-12:30pm followed by on-the-water sessions from 1pm-5pm.
  Vacation Week  
Offered each week, Monday through Friday. Classes meet 10am-12:30pm, followed by sailing from 1-4.
  Open

Advanced
Increase your confidence with advanced instruction in close quarters maneuvering under sail and power, tuning, spinnaker handling, anchoring, navigation, and more.

  Vacation week  
Classes meet for 1 week, Monday through Friday, from 10:30am to 4pm.
  5 Week - Weekday  
Classes meet 4:30-9pm one night per week for 5 weeks.
  5 Week - Weekend AM  
Classes meet for 5 consecutive weekends from 9am-1:30pm.
  5 Week - Weekend PM  
Classes meet for 5 consecutive weekends from 2:30pm to 7pm.

Cruising Course
Classroom session(s) covers mechanical and electrical systems of a full-size cruising boat, the navigation required for day and night sailing in coastal waters, and docking under power. The full weekend sail teaches all the fundamental skills needed to charter and cruise successfully, including entering unfamiliar harbors, anchoring, sail handling, dinghy use and more.

  Evening and Weekend  
Classes meets Wednesday and Thursday from 6pm to 10pm; Cruise Friday evening to Sunday evening.

Coastal Passage Making
Learn the skills required for making longer passages in coastal waters. This 5-day live aboard course teaches advanced navigation and seamanship and covers GPS, diesel engine trouble-shooting, day and night watches, nighttime landfalls and heavy weather skills. Throughout, we encourage high levels of responsibility and decision-making.

  5 Day  
The Course consists of a planning meeting scheduled by the instructor follwed by a 5 day cruise beginning on the following Start Dates.
